Removable restorations

We now also offer complete removable dentures with core BPS elements - this type of denture provides better stability and function during speaking and chewing.

Partial and skeletal dentures are also made from semi-flexible Zirlux ACETAL copolymer resin (tooth shades A2, A3, A3.5 and C3) - highly aesthetic restorations without metal.

For removable restorations we use IVOCAP technology by Ivoclar (low residual monomer), Futura casting resin by Schütz Dental, and DEFLEX thermoplastic material (flexible, lightweight and more aesthetic thanks to near-invisible retentive elements).

Skeletal dentures are manufactured as a combination of metal (CoCr) and Ivoclar/Schütz Dental resins, or fully metal-free from semi-flexible Zirlux Acetal copolymer or DEFLEX thermoplastic. The metal framework can also be combined with Zirlux Acetal or Deflex for aesthetic outcomes.

In combined restorations, we produce attachment systems, hybrid restorations and telescopic restorations (Acrylock, Spharlock, MK1 technology).
